Emmett (5) was at the barber shop with Nguyen yesterday getting a haircut. After he was finished, Nguyen said to Emmett "Since you're done, you can go to the counter and get a lollipop."
Emmett replied
"No, Dad, I gave up candy for Lent".
The barber just about fell over.
